Every bottle of Century Blend has a unique number. It is limited to 2,600 bottles. The foundation of this exceptional dealcoholized wine lies in the winery’s unique philosophy to consciously hold back portions of top vintages since 2002. For Katja and Patrick, aged wines have always been among the most fascinating experiences the wine world has to offer.

Especially Blaufränkisch, Austria’s most important red wine variety – requires significant time to mature to perfection. Witnessing the remarkable transformation of certain grape varieties and watching a wine evolve year after year is nothing short of magical. Drinking wine at its peak is incomparable, and Zeronimo’s mission is to make this experience accessible to everyone.

Creating an aged, non-alcoholic wine was a natural next step for Zeronimo. During their research, the founders observed that while dealcoholization reduces primary fruit aromas, the secondary and tertiary aromas (the hallmarks of aged wine) remain beautifully intact. Inspired by this discovery, the project “Century Blend” was born.
