If you contact us using a form on the website or directly by email or place an order, the data you provide will be stored in order to process the request and order. We will not pass on this data without your consent. When processing the data, we use two sub-processors (Woda Digital OG, Wörthgasse 6, 2500 Baden, Austria and Lemontec e.U., Kirchenplatz 2, 4082 Aschach an der Donau), who have access to the data contained in the contact or order form and this save. The provision of this data to these two sub-processors mentioned is based on a data processing contract.

Determination and storage of this data is necessary for the communication you request or to fulfill the contract. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR.

The data will be used as long as there is a contractual relationship with you or as long as legal claims can still be derived from it or as long as statutory retention periods stipulate the storage of the data.

Newsletter

Below you will find all information regarding how we handle personal data as part of our newsletter service.

When sending our newsletters, we work with the provider mailchimp (address: The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA). Mailchimp processes and stores personal data, specifically your first name, last name and email address. We have a Data Processing Addendum with mailchimp that ensures the protection of this personal data. Your data will be stored for as long as you use our newsletter service. As part of our newsletter service, we also measure whether you open a newsletter or click on a redirect in it. You will receive our newsletter several times a year. In this we inform you about our wine range, new wines, current promotions and discounts, events and award ceremonies as well as news about the winery.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the newsletter at any time: either directly in the newsletter by clicking on “Unsubscribe” or by email to .

Use of cookies

This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm. So-called session cookies are used on this site. These are generated when you access the website and are automatically deleted again. They are used to recognize you when you visit the same website again within a short period of time in order to take account of the default settings you have already made. This website uses functions of the Hotjar web service, operated by Hotjar Ltd. (a European company based in Malta). Using Hotjar’s technology, we get a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and don’t like, etc.) and this helps us tailor our offering based on our users’ feedback to align. Hotjar works with cookies and other technologies to collect information about the behavior of our users and their devices (in particular the IP address of the device, which is, however, only recorded and stored in anonymized form, screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), information about the browser used, location (country only), preferred language to display our website). Heribert Bayer, Kellerei In Signo Leonis GmbH, the brand owner of ZERONIMO and Hotjar have concluded a data processing agreement that ensures that the data is processed exclusively anonymously for the purposes described here and in compliance with common technical security standards.

The transfer of data to the processor is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (Privacy Shield self-certification).
