The nose unfolds with an inviting bouquet of strawberry frappé, finely nuanced with fresh mint and a hint of orange zest. A delicate balance of floral accents and cool minerality lends the wine its exceptional depth. On the palate, it reveals a remarkably elegant, crystal-clear body: intense notes of ripe stone fruit meet rhubarb, finishing with a subtle, lively citrus freshness that guarantees an irresistible drinkability.
This rosé is the first from the Zeronimo family. It is produced using gentle whole-cluster pressing, meaning that whole red grapes are pressed, rather than juice extracted during red wine production. The Mittelburgenland region, where this Rosé originates, is the most renowned Rosé region in Austria, where Rosé is primarily produced from Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt.
